Senovo is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for a secondary SEN school in Harrow. You will help pupils with a range of additional needs engage successfully in lessons and develop greater confidence and independence.
The role involves supporting pupils with autism, SEMH needs and EHCP outcomes; assisting in lessons with focused individual or small-group support; helping pupils regulate, remain engaged and make progress; and working collaboratively with teachers and the wider support team.
