What you will do
- Provide attentive one-to-one and small-group support throughout the school day.
- Use sensory approaches and communication systems directed by teachers and therapists.
- Support mobility, positioning and personal care where trained and authorised.
- Notice and record small but meaningful changes in engagement and progress.
- Promote dignity, comfort, safety and positive relationships.
What you will bring
- Relevant experience in SEN, education, health or care settings.
- A calm, observant and respectful approach to complex needs.
- Willingness to complete role‑specific moving, handling and care training.
- QTS is not required for this classroom‑support role.
