Senovo is recruiting a Multi-Sensory Impairment Teaching Assistant for a supportive specialist school in Camden. This role offers the opportunity to help pupils with combined sensory needs access communication, learning and everyday school life.
The role
- Support pupils to engage with lessons through adapted communication, tactile resources and structured sensory approaches.
- Follow individual education, communication and mobility plans.
- Prepare accessible resources and share useful observations with teaching and specialist staff.
- Encourage confidence, choice and independence throughout the school day.
About you
- Experience supporting children with sensory impairment, complex needs or additional communication needs is welcomed.
- Relevant communication or sensory-support training would be advantageous.
- You are patient, attentive and committed to inclusive practice.
- QTS is not required for this support role.
Pay: £105 - £140 per day PAYE. Contract: Full time. Location: Camden.
