Senovo is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a primary SEN school in Lambeth. You will provide steady classroom support and help pupils with additional needs take part in learning with confidence.
The role
- Support pupils in class, individually and in small groups.
- Help deliver phonics, communication and curriculum activities.
- Promote positive routines, independence and engagement.
- Work closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team.
About you
- Experience in SEN schools, childcare, care or youth support.
- Patient, dependable and able to follow individual support plans.
- Good communication and safeguarding awareness.
- QTS is not required for this support role.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to complete Senovo’s compliance process, including references and an enhanced child-workforce DBS check.
