- Support structured routines, transitions and practical independence skills.

- Promote choice, self-advocacy and appropriate peer interaction.
- Share concise observations with teachers and therapists.
What you will bring
- Experience supporting autistic children or young people.
- A respectful, steady approach and sound professional boundaries.
- QTS is not required for this school-support role.
