Senovo is recruiting a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant for a welcoming specialist education setting in Ealing. This is a consistent, pupil-focused opportunity for someone who wants to make a practical difference while working as part of an experienced school team.
The role
- Support pupils with complex learning, communication and sensory needs.
- Assist with personalised classroom activities, mobility and daily routines.
- Work alongside teachers, therapists and care colleagues.
- Promote dignity, engagement, independence and positive participation.
About you
- Experience in SEN, education, care or support work is welcomed.
- You are patient, observant and comfortable providing practical support.
- You can follow individual plans and safeguarding procedures consistently.
- QTS is not required for this support role.
Pay: £95 - £120 per day PAYE.
Contract: Full time.
Location: Ealing.
