The role
- Support accessible lessons, sensory activities and communication programmes.
- Follow individual support plans and agreed care procedures.
- Promote choice, dignity, participation and independence.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and care colleagues.
What you will bring
- Experience with complex needs, PMLD, care or SEN education.
- A reliable, respectful and attentive approach.
- Willingness to support personal care where required.
- QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
