Complex Needs Teaching Assistant – Croydon
Senovo is recruiting a caring and resilient Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEN school in Croydon. You will support pupils with complex learning, communication and sensory needs as part of an experienced classroom team.
The role
- Support pupils to access learning, communication activities and daily routines.
- Provide patient, consistent support for pupils with PMLD, autism and complex needs.
- Assist with personal care where required, with appropriate training and guidance.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and support colleagues.
About you
- Relevant SEN, school, care or support experience.
- Calm, dependable and comfortable providing practical support.
- Strong communication and safeguarding awareness.
- QTS is not required for this support role.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to complete Senovo's compliance process, including references and an enhanced child-workforce DBS check.
