Senovo is recruiting a Complex Needs Personal Care Teaching Assistant for a caring specialist school in Kensington and Chelsea. The role provides practical, respectful support that helps pupils access learning, communication and everyday school routines.
The role
- Support learning, communication, mobility and personal-care routines with dignity.
- Follow individual education, health and support plans.
- Use sensory and communication activities to encourage engagement and independence.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and care colleagues.
About you
- Experience supporting children or adults with complex needs, personal-care needs or disabilities is welcomed.
- You are compassionate, reliable and comfortable providing practical support.
- Relevant moving-and-handling or care training is advantageous.
- QTS is not required for this support role.
Pay: £105 - £140 per day PAYE. Contract: Full time. Location: Kensington and Chelsea. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and complete Senovo’s compliance process, including suitable references and an enhanced child-workforce DBS check.
