- Provide respectful personal care in line with individual plans and training.
- Support mobility, positioning, communication and sensory activities.
- Encourage choice, participation and growing independence.
- Work closely with teaching, therapy and care colleagues.

- Relevant complex-needs, care or school-support experience.
- A dignified, attentive and reliable approach.
- Confidence following moving-and-handling and safeguarding procedures.
- QTS is not required for this school-support role.
