Complex Needs Classroom Support Assistant – Tower HamletsHelp pupils with complex learning, communication and physical needs participate safely and meaningfully throughout the school day.
What you will do
- Support accessible lessons, sensory activities and communication routines.
- Follow individual care, mobility and learning plans with dignity.
- Encourage choice, engagement and developing independence.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and care colleagues.
What you will bring
- Relevant complex-needs, PMLD, care or classroom experience.
- A respectful, attentive and reliable approach.
- Confidence following safeguarding and moving-and-handling guidance.
- QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
Contract: Full-time temporaryPay: £110–£150 per day PAYERight-to-work, references and enhanced child-workforce DBS checks apply.
