- Support accessible learning individually and in small groups.
- Reinforce agreed communication and regulation strategies.
- Record progress and collaborate with teachers and therapists.
What you will bring
- Relevant autism, classroom or care experience.
- A calm, consistent and pupil-centred approach.
- Strong teamwork and safeguarding awareness.
- QTS is not required for this teaching-assistant role.
