The Product Manager, Enterprise & Integrations is a hands-on product role responsible for building and executing the integrations roadmap, supporting enterprise readiness initiatives, and contributing to day-to-day product delivery across the Sennosystem platform (Sennoslink, SennosIQ, and SennosM3). This person works closely with engineering to design solutions, writes epics and user stories, and travels with the Business Development team to visit craft brew customers, ERP partners, and equipment integration partners to understand their needs firsthand.

The immediate priority is the integrations program: researching what our customers and partners need, scoping the connections between the Sennosystem and the third-party platforms they depend on β€” ERP systems, brewery and beverage management platforms, PLC and automation systems, and inventory management β€” and working with engineering to design and deliver them. This is the work that makes Sennos sticky in enterprise environments and what our sales team is hearing from prospects.

Beyond integrations, this role supports general product initiatives across Sennoslink, SennosIQ, and SennosM3 β€” writing requirements, contributing to feature design, and helping the product team execute on the broader roadmap. You'll be part of a growing product team that includes the VP of Product, dedicated product owners, and a design lead. This is a role for someone who wants to be in the details β€” writing stories, sitting with engineers, visiting partners, and building the product.

Responsibilities

  • Research, scope, and build the third-party integrations roadmap β€” understanding what craft brew customers, ERP partners, and equipment partners need, and defining how the Sennosystem connects to their platforms.
  • Write epics, user stories, and product requirements for integration features and enterprise initiatives β€” detailed enough that engineering can build from them without extensive back-and-forth.
  • Work directly with engineering to design integration solutions, define API contracts, data exchange patterns, and technical approaches for connecting the Sennosystem to ERP, inventory, automation, and industrial systems.
  • Define PLC integration requirements for industrial automation and process control platforms (Rockwell, Siemens, Mettler Toledo, Honeywell), scoping data exchange, alerts, and actions between the Sennosystem and plant control operations.
  • Travel with Business Development to visit craft brew customers, ERP partners, and equipment integration partners β€” gathering requirements, understanding workflows, and building relationships that inform the product roadmap (~15–20% travel).
  • Support enterprise readiness initiatives including SSO/SAML, private cloud deployment, data residency, and SOC2 compliance β€” ensuring the platform meets the requirements enterprise buyers expect.
  • Contribute to general product delivery across Sennoslink, SennosIQ, and SennosM3 β€” supporting features and initiatives beyond integrations as part of the broader product team.
  • Take input from the enterprise sales team, customer feedback, and partner conversations to feed requirements back into the product roadmap.
  • Translate partner and customer needs into prioritized backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Leverage AI tools to generate and refine user stories, requirements, and product documentation at speed.
  • Maintain integration status tracking and enterprise readiness visibility so the team has clear line of sight into progress and gaps.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
  • Experience: Product management experience with hands-on ownership of integrations, enterprise features, or platform partnerships.
  • Experience writing epics, user stories, and detailed product requirements that engineering teams can build from.
  • Track record of shipping integrations, APIs, or platform capabilities β€” you've done the work of defining how systems talk to each other, not just managed it from a distance.
  • Willingness to travel with BD to visit customers and partners, sit in their environments, and understand how they work (~15–20% travel).
  • Skills: Comfortable working directly with engineers to design solutions β€” you can discuss API design, data exchange patterns, and technical tradeoffs without needing everything translated.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise security and compliance concepts including SOC2, SSO/SAML, OAuth 2.0, and data residency.
  • Strong product writing skills β€” you write your own stories and requirements, not decks about stories and requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools in your daily workflow.
  • Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food & beverage, brewing, fermentation, or adjacent process industries.
  • Background working with ERP, inventory, or brewery/beverage management platforms β€” especially in an integration or partnership capacity.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols including OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, or EtherNet/IP in PLC/SCADA environments.
  • Experience with private cloud, hybrid deployment, or multi-tenant architecture concepts.
  • Knowledge of food safety and regulatory frameworks (FSMA, HACCP, NSF, FDA) that influence enterprise compliance.
  • Exposure to IIoT concepts, edge computing, or Industry 4.0 approaches.
  • Experience supporting enterprise pilots or customer engagements from the product side.
  • Experience with Jira Plans (Advanced Roadmaps) and Jira Product Discovery.
  • Comfort operating in a growth-stage company where processes are being built, not inherited.

Team Working Style

  • Hands-on and in the details β€” you write your own stories, work directly with engineers on design, and visit partners to understand their needs. This is not a strategy-only role.
  • Owns the integrations and enterprise workstreams while also contributing to general product delivery across Sennoslink, SennosIQ, and SennosM3 as part of the broader team.
  • Works closely with the VP of Product, who provides strategic direction and context, while you own the day-to-day execution.
  • Collaborates with product owners and the design lead who cover other areas of the platform β€” you're part of a team, not a solo operator.
  • Values clear documentation of requirements, integration status, and progress so the team stays aligned without chasing updates.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Office setting with remote/hybrid flexibility.
  • Regular travel required for customer visits, partner meetings, and field research (approximately 15-20%).
