- Minimum of 3+ years SEN childcare experience
- Ability to build strong bonds and rapport with children quickly — including settling into an established family routine
- Calm, confident approach to behaviour support, with the ability to set clear boundaries, manage dysregulation effectively, and use praise alongside consistent, fair consequences
- Competent in managing medication and health routines, including administering daily medication and supporting conditions such as eczema
- Highly organised and proactive — able to hit the ground running across three children with different needs
- Confident supporting home learning, structured activities and daily routines
- Experienced implementing OT and SLT strategies in everyday play and routines
- Takes pride in maintaining a well-organised, child-focused home environment
