  • 2+ years of SEN childcare experience
  • ABA trained or experienced — ideally familiar with ABA-based school environments
  • Experience supporting children who require constant supervision due to low danger awareness
  • Confident supporting emotional regulation, feeding and personal care including toileting
  • Energetic, active and able to keep up with a highly active child
  • Warm, caring and patient — able to follow an established routine consistently
  • Comfortable supporting children with sensory needs in a range of environments
  • Experience implementing strategies from SLT, OT and physiotherapy in daily routines
  • Flexible and adaptable — willing to travel between London and Surrey with the family
