Requirements:
- 2+ years of SEN childcare experience
- Previous nanny/manny experience is essential
- Strong understanding of inattentive ADHD, slow processing and how these present in daily home life
- Knowledge of dyslexia and experience supporting children with literacy and academic tasks
- Emotionally intelligent and attuned — able to support a child during excitable and high energy moments
- Experienced in emotional coaching and positive, consistent approaches to behaviour
- Confident supporting homework, revision and academic tasks in a patient, adaptive way
- Calm and grounding — able to de-escalate and hold a steady environment during difficult moments
- Warm, nurturing and able to build a genuine buddy/mentor relationship with B10
- Able to work collaboratively with parents and support the family's existing routines and strategies
- Professional, reliable and discreet — comfortable working alongside a housekeeper and chef
- Flexible approach for supporting family for additional hours when needed and varying shift patterns based on general need
- Happy to travel with the family for trips abroad
- Clean, valid UK driving licence — essential; sole and shared car available
