Requirements:
- 2+ years of SEN childcare experience, ideally with Autistic children and/or children with ADHD
- Confident supporting a recently diagnosed Autistic child and helping the whole family navigate this journey together
- Patient, warm and firm — able to maintain consistent, boundaried care without giving in to demands or over-rewarding
- Full, clean UK driving licence with own car — essential for school pick-ups in central Oxford from a rural location
- Confident in sole charge of three children across a wide age range (toddler to school age)
- Happy with overnight stays at the family home when both parents are working away
- Flexible and adaptable — comfortable with a variable schedule, planned roughly a month in advance
- Reliable and available at short notice for last-minute work cover on occasion
- Experienced with potty training and toddler care
- Comfortable traveling with the family on occasion outside of term time school dates
