- Proven experience supporting toilet training in children with Autism β this is an essential requirement for this role
- Familiarity with or willingness to work within a structured toilet training programme (the family use Clear Steps Consulting resources)
- 2+ years of SEN childcare experience, ideally with pre-verbal or early verbal Autistic children
- Confident and consistent in modelling language throughout the day β supporting early vocabulary development in everyday activities
- Patient, warm and playful β able to engage a young child in music, books, drawing, painting and garden play
- Calm and adaptable β happy to follow B3's lead and keep energy levels positive throughout the day
- Comfortable around cats
- Available for the full 4-week placement: 7 August β 1 September 2026
