Days & Hours: TEMPORARY SUMMER ROLE β€” 4 weeks 7 August – 1 September 2026 Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

  • Proven experience supporting toilet training in children with Autism β€” this is an essential requirement for this role
  • Familiarity with or willingness to work within a structured toilet training programme (the family use Clear Steps Consulting resources)
  • 2+ years of SEN childcare experience, ideally with pre-verbal or early verbal Autistic children
  • Confident and consistent in modelling language throughout the day β€” supporting early vocabulary development in everyday activities
  • Patient, warm and playful β€” able to engage a young child in music, books, drawing, painting and garden play
  • Calm and adaptable β€” happy to follow B3's lead and keep energy levels positive throughout the day
  • Comfortable around cats
  • Available for the full 4-week placement: 7 August – 1 September 2026
