- Monday 3:30-6:30pm
- Tuesday 3:30-6:30pm
- Thursday 3:30-6:30pm
- Friday 1-4pm
(2-3 mornings between 7:30-8:30am (depending on Sennie availability).
Additional hours during school holidays to be agreed between family and Sennie.

- 2+ years of SEN childcare experience, ideally supporting children with ADHD and Autism
- Patient, dynamic and genuinely fun — able to engage a highly energetic, bright child and channel his energy positively
- Experienced in supporting emotional regulation and challenging behaviour in a calm, consistent and non-confrontational way
- Confident managing sibling dynamics — including keeping younger children safe during moments of physical dysregulation
- Understanding of sensory processing needs and how high physical energy links to sensory seeking behaviour
- Able to work collaboratively alongside a parent in a 'float' model — flexible, responsive and a confident team player
- Ready to implement OT strategies at home once these are established — open to working as part of a professional team
- Praise-focused and positive reinforcement led — able to pick battles wisely and celebrate progress
- Energetic and physically active — happy to support movement-based play and physical activity as a regulation tool
- Committed to a long-term role — reliability and consistency are key to this family
