- Role 1 — SEN Nanny: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm (55 hrs/week)
- Role 2 — SEN Support Worker / Therapeutic Nanny: Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:00pm (40 hrs/week)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of SEN childcare or therapeutic support experience
- Strong understanding of Autism, PDA and demand avoidance — low demand approach essential
- Experience supporting children with EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance) and anxiety
- Calm, emotionally regulated and grounded — able to create psychological safety
- Skilled in co-regulation and understanding of neurodivergent nervous systems
- Patient, trustworthy and able to build relationships slowly on the child's terms
- Able to engage children through humour, shared interests and genuine connection
- Comfortable with a flexible, child-led approach — not behaviour compliance focused
- Understanding of sensory processing and sensory integration needs
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team with parents, another nanny and wider professionals
