Days & Hours: 12 - 16 hours per week, Monday–Thursday. Different/longer hours required during school holidays (to be agreed).
Driver: Essential - car provided.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of SEN childcare experience.
- Confident delivering Occupational Therapy exercises as part of a fun, daily routine.
- Energetic, youthful and playful — happy to play football and be active outdoors — or equally, a calm, steady, more experienced presence; the family are open on this so long as the fit is right.
- Patient, warm and soothing, with clear, consistent boundaries.
- Comfortable using gentle, indirect communication rather than direct instructions.
- Confident supporting emotional regulation and de-escalating overwhelm calmly.
- Experience supporting children with ADHD and anxiety.
- Happy to help with meal planning and cooking, including patiently managing a limited diet.
- Full UK driving licence (own car not essential).

- Plan and lead engaging after-school and holiday activities — sport, music, art and the outdoors.
- Support bath time / bedtime routine as needed.
- Create simple visual aids (timetables, routines) to support structure.
- Organise the children's belongings (school bags, kit, clothes) and help build their independence.
- Tidy up after mealtimes, keep children's spaces in order, and manage children's laundry.
- Liaise daily with parents on routines, regulation and progress.
