Provide attentive, nurturing care for B5 and G3, creating a calm, safe, and engaging environment that supports their emotional and developmental needs. Support B5 with emotional regulation and social development, using patient guidance, clear boundaries, and age-appropriate strategies to help him manage big feelings and interactions with peers. Encourage positive social interaction for both children through play, modelling communication skills, and gently supporting turn-taking and cooperation. Plan and deliver stimulating, child-led activities, with a strong focus on outdoor play, music, creativity, and physical movement. Promote routine and consistency while remaining flexible to meet each child’s individual needs and moods. Work in partnership with parents and relevant professionals, including supporting continuity around B5’s play therapy strategies where appropriate. Support early learning through play, conversation, and exploration, helping both children build confidence, independence, and curiosity. Manage daily care tasks such as meals, naps, hygiene, and transitions between activities in a calm and organised manner.
