Children's Mentor

Provide guidance and support to individuals in need of mentorship

• Create personalized development plans to help mentees reach their goals

• Offer advice and encouragement to help mentees navigate challenges

• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of the mentoring program

Experience working in special education or youth work

• Ability to educate and mentor individuals effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathy and patience to support mentees through their journey

• Prior experience in mentoring or coaching is a plus

• Transport links, £110 – £140 per day depending on hours and if driving responsibilities. Monday – Friday 8.30am-3.45pm – Times may vary, Experienced consultant to offer support and advice

Safeguarding children and young people is at the heart of what we do and we undertake checks on all the candidates we work with. As such, all post holders are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. If you do not have a subscription to the DBS Update Service, you may be required to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process. We offer all our registered candidates free safeguarding and prevent duty training.
