Sennen Education are working in partnership with a school supporting children and young people with Social Emotional and Mental Health. You will not only be working with them to help them progress in life and independence but also their attitude and willingness to do better. Every child will be different, and you will need to adapt your approach accordingly. You could be working with a child who has a history of childhood trauma or a child involved in a gang but ultimately they all need our help! This is an extremely rewarding role where you can build meaningful relationships.

Ideal Candidates will:
- Have previous experience working with challenging behaviours either from the classroom environment or a Care and Support Background.
- Be confident and have excellent communication skills
- Work collaboratively with the learning support team
