The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Sennen Education are working with a Mainstream Primary School looking for a full-time SEN Teacher to work within a new SEN Provision Unit in the school for 30 learners with Speech, Language and Communication Needs. The class size will be smaller and learners may range from Nursery to Year 6. The successful candidate will play an integral part of the school’s team who put the children and young people at the centre of everything they do. You will plan, assess and deliver outstanding teaching and learning that enable all young people to learn, whilst ensuring that pastoral needs are met.

You will need to:

  • Hold valid QTS or equivalent
  • Promote the delivery of outstanding teaching
  • Have teaching experience whether in a mainstream or SEN setting
  • Be a superb communicator
  • Have good behaviour management skills
  • Hold an excellent classroom practice to be able to motivate and enable learning in pupils of all abilities and needs
  • Exhibit the ability to adapt and improvise
