Sennen Education are working with an excellent primary school who are looking for a confident and flexible Primary Teacher. The large school prides themselves in being able to offer the family friendly feel alongside extensive opportunities. The school also has a specialist resource provision class for pupils with SEND or SEMH needs. The successful candidate will play an integral part of the school’s team who put the children and young people at the centre of everything they do. You will plan, assess and deliver outstanding teaching and learning that enable all young people to learn, whilst ensuring that pastoral needs are met.
You will need to:
- Hold valid QTS or equivalent
- A superb communicator
- Have good behaviour management skills
- Hold an excellent classroom practice to be able to motivate and enable learning in pupils of all abilities and needs.
- Have a clear understanding of the national curriculum or EYFS curriculum.
- Exhibit the ability to adapt and improvise.
