As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching career in a supportive environment. Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students.
- Plan and implement creative and effective teaching strategies that cater to a wide range of learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

- Engage in professional development opportunities and work towards meeting the Teachers’ Standards.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or in the process of completing your initial teacher training.
- Demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students.
