Have you just completed your final year of your Primary Education Degree/Primary PGCE or finishing this year? If so, Sennen Education have exciting, new teaching and education opportunities. We are experienced and friendly education specialists providing quality teachers, TAs, and support staff to schools across the North West. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide and mentor you as you transition into the teaching profession. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students.
  • Plan and implement creative and effective teaching strategies that cater to a wide range of learning needs.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to the development of the school community.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities and work towards meeting the Teachers’ Standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices and resources.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or in the process of completing your initial teacher training.
  • Demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be committed to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students.
  • Show a willingness to learn and grow in your career, with the support of our comprehensive ECT induction programme.
