Sennen Education are working in partnership with a school supporting children and young people with Social Emotional and Mental Health. You will not only be working with them to help them progress in life and independence but also their attitude and willingness to do better. Every child will be different, and you will need to adapt your approach accordingly. You could be working with a child who has a history of childhood trauma or a child involved in a gang but ultimately they all need our help!

Ideal Candidates will:
* Have previous experience working with challenging behaviours either from the classroom environment or a Care and Support Background.
* Will be confident and have excellent communication skills
* Work collaboratively with the learning support team
Safeguarding children and young people is at the heart of what we do and we undertake checks on all the candidates we work with. As such, all post holders are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. If you do not have a subscription to the DBS Update Service, you may be required to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process. We offer all our registered candidates free safeguarding and prevent duty training
