We are supporting a recruiter on the Senna platform with their search for a Private Equity/Placement Agent Analyst to join an established firm in the Private Markets space in London. As part of the fundraising advisory team, you will play a central role in executing capital raising mandates, working closely with General Partners (GPs) and institutional Limited Partners (LPs). You will gain exposure to the full fundraising lifecycle, from early-stage strategy and positioning to investor outreach and final closes.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of fundraising mandates for leading European private equity funds.
  • Prepare and refine key marketing materials including pitch decks, PPMs, teasers, and DDQs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of fund track records, portfolio company performance, and benchmarking data.
  • Assist in positioning and messaging strategy for client funds.
  • Manage investor data rooms and coordinate due diligence processes.
  • Track investor engagement and maintain CRM systems.
  • Prepare briefing materials for roadshows, LP meetings, and investor updates.
  • Monitor private markets fundraising trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investor Relations, Fund Placement, or Big 4 (Transaction Services / Advisory).
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; confident building polished client-facing materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple live mandates simultaneously.
  • Commercially aware with a strong interest in private markets fundraising.
