Sales Executive – Newcastle – £29,700

An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for an Sales Executive to join their internal sales department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, selling and growing business for a unique software product.

This is an office based role in there Newcastle office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences if required
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Experience working with a CRM, maintaining records and updating client profiles and progress
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
