As an Operations Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing, maintaining, and supporting the systems used by both internal and customer projects. You’ll also have the chance to get involved in the development of automation and system management areas, expanding your expertise and working with cutting-edge technologies within a modern workflow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform day-to-day maintenance of servers and services
• Address support requests from both customers and staff
• Deploy, scale, and optimize systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, testing, and user experience
• Manage alarms and alerts, ensuring system reliability
• Enhance monitoring and alerting systems
• Analyze and monitor system performance to drive improvements
• Comply with company policies and best practices related to security, quality, and health & safety standards

Skills & Experience Required :

• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages
• Solid experience with Linux (CentOS/Alma preferred)
• Familiarity with VPS and dedicated server hosting providers globally
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Puppet, Terraform, etc.
• Strong administrative skills with tools like Atlassian Suite and Microsoft 365
• Experience with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, PagerDuty, etc.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop management/Intune MDM
