IT Support Engineer

Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their internal IT team and provide support to all members of the business. The ideal candidate will have 1st and 2nd line experience, and experience working within the education sector is advantageous. This is a fully onsite role.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Providing 1st and 2nd line support
  2. Training end users with varying levels of IT knowledge and understanding
  3. Creating IT documents and managing administration tasks
  4. Updating, maintaining, and replacing IT systems that are already in place

Skills Required:

  1. Windows OS and Windows Server
  2. Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  3. Networking skills including DNS, DHCP, and VLANs, anti-virus and web filtering
  4. Hardware knowledge, including printers and audio visual equipment
