Full Stack Developer .NET - Hybrid

I am looking for a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Level .NET Developer with full-stack experience to join a small but highly collaborative development team. In this role, you will work on a variety of internal systems, from websites to content management frameworks, all designed to improve the efficiency and scalability of our operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance internal systems, including websites and content management frameworks.
2. Work with SQL Server databases to design, optimize, and implement queries and database schemas.
3. Implement best practices and coding standards using the .NET framework (MVC, C#) to create scalable and high-performance solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet both user and business needs.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.
6. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and development practices.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 4+ years of experience working with .NET technologies (C#, MVC, .NET Core).
2. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including experience with writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.
3. 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
4. Solid understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture.
5. Experience working in a collaborative, agile development environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a small, tight-knit team.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with financial services.
2. Experience working on a range of internal applications.
