2nd Line Technician // Norwich – £28-33K My client, a bespoke managed service provider (MSP), are looking for a strong 2nd Line Technician to join their tight knit team and provide support to their external clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with diverse IT support experience to further develop their skills and advance their careers. Prior experience within an MSP would be advantageous. Responsibilities Include: Manage tickets, including providing updates to clients and feeding back to other members of the team to ensure resolution Assisting with internal project implementation Troubleshooting and diagnosing of a broad spectrum of IT-related issues Configuration and installation of new equipment Skills Required: Windows Operating System and Windows Server Active Directory Office 365, including SharePoint, Entra, Intune and general applications Networking skills including TCP/IP and work with Firewalls Basic understanding of PowerShell 3+ years’ experince is desired.
