Procurement and Contracts Manager – £35K – £45K – Flintshire This is a great opportunity to work for a company which is rapidly expanding, with sites all over the country managing Service Delivery contracts and Sub Contractor sourcing and agreements. Key skills: In-depth knowledge of Service Delivery contracts, Maintenance services and the Subcontractor market. Tendering and Contract management Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities. Supplier Relationship Management Compliance and Cost Management Data Analysis and Reporting Ability to assess and measure supplier performance based on KPIs and SLAs. Strong understanding of procurement regulations, compliance, and industry best practices. Outstanding communication and relationship management skills. Proficient in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership. Analytical approach with a focus on cost control and maximizing value. Qualifications: At least 12 months experience in Procurement.
