IT Technician – West Yorkshire – £24 – 27K An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Technician to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will Work as part of a team to provide first & second line support with some experience in desktop support, network and storage infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: To provide technical support, answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email. To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries. Office 365 To log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation. Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems. Active Directory user and computer administration Windows Server administration Proven experience working within IT service delivery. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi Installing authorised software to laptops and desktops.
