2nd Line Engineer My client, a 5* rated MSP / IT Solutions firm based in Lichfield for a senior 2nd Line Support professional to join their team on a hybrid working basis. In the role you would be supporting their clients across the world on a range of issues including Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, VMware, Azure, and Networking. The role does also include occasional site visits in the local area and project work therefore, you will need a driving license. Responsibilities: Supporting a client base across the world on a range of IT Support issues Providing technical support for desktop and infrastructure Escalating issues to senior members of the support team Ensuring completion of tickets and ticket prioritising Skills required: Windows Server Azure Office 365 VMware Active Directory / Entra ID Draytek + Ubiquiti Networking Equipment Network configurations Software troubleshooting Hardwar setups This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisation skills to join an expanding company.
