Technical Sales Executive – Software / Technology
A fast-growing SaaS company is on the lookout for a Technical Sales Executive to play a vital role in identifying and onboarding clients to our award-winning software platform.
This role blends technical know-how with commercial acumen. You\’ll support the sales process by demonstrating the platform, delivering training, and ensuring our customers get the most out of their solution-while also identifying upsell opportunities and helping us grow key accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Become an expert in the onboarding platform and in-house CRM.

Deliver platform demonstrations to prospects and train new users.

Drive product adoption among new and existing clients.

Understand client workflows and advise on best-fit solutions.

Monitor customer engagement and spot opportunities or risks.

Flag recurring technical issues to help refine product experience.

Build strong customer relationships that lead to referrals and case studies.
