Senios is recruiting an AI adoption lead to own the people side of AI initiatives within UK organisations. You will drive readiness, enablement, communications and behaviour change to ensure teams use AI tools effectively and deliver measurable impact.
This is a change-management role rather than an engineering position. You will train, coach across levels, build communities of practice, design playbooks, track adoption and partner with leaders to prioritise high-value use cases.
