Purpose of Role: Supporting the manufacture of thermal insulation components including ducts, pipes, blankets and stretch formed material to ensure they conform to customer requirements through the use of jigs, cutting insulation material and sewing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret and complete production route cards (Technical Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Data Sheets).
- Maintain good housekeeping standards of the work area implementing Safety + 5 S methods (Sort, Set, Standardise, Shine, Sustain).
- Achieve company work & quality standards by applying your skills and knowledge and taking pride in your work.
- Participate in team-based activities to meet productivity and on time delivery targets.
- Work in line with the Company Values (Safety, Accountability, Respect & Trust, Integrity, Excellence, Customer Focus) and demonstrate the associated behaviours in your daily work.
- Consistently follow Health, Safety & Environmental procedures, including wearing the required personal protective equipment provided.
- Complete training as required and apply the learning in performing operations to demonstrate competence.
- Perform all reasonable requests made by management.
