Senior Aerospace Thermal Engineering seeks an HR Coordinator to provide first-line advisory support across the employee lifecycle within the Thermal division. The role focuses on attendance and performance management, flexible working, leave types, and embedding our values and behaviours while maintaining confidentiality.

You will combine practical HR administration with system ownership (HR/Payroll, LMS, Orbit) to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting and compliant practices.
