Our client are looking for a powder coater to join their team in Sutton in Ashfield working regular Days Monday to Friday. The candidates will be reporting to the Production Supervisor (Powder Coating) and will be working in a fast-paced environment. These positions would also suit college leavers who have done Powder as part of their education or candidates with minimal experience and are looking for a career within engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts before powder coating.
- Hang and unhang parts efficiently.
- Execute high-quality powder coating, maintaining their standards.
- Spray powder to the correct thickness, working with a variety of products from extrusions to large surfaces.
- Work effectively with the powder coating team.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Proven experience with manual spraying systems.
- Proficiency in preparing parts for powder coating.
