Senior Salmon are working with a local employer of choice to find the next member of the team in their Accounts Department. We are looking for a candidate to perform Payroll and Accounts payable duties within our clients Manufacturing Facility in Somercotes: Duties will include β’ Preparing and entering payroll Information for 2 monthly payrolls for 300+ employees β’ Dealing with payroll queries β’ Credit control duties including chasing Debtors and reconciling payments. β’ Posting of sales receipts and allocation cash on customer accounts. β’ Registering debit notes in the system for approval by departments β’ Raising manual sales invoices and credit notes for customers. β’ Preparation of month end reporting. β’ Preparation of account reconciliations. β’ Entering Purchase Invoices into the system in preparation for 3 way matching β’ Statement Reconciliations β’ Dealing with supplier queries β’ Generating payment proposals in multiple currencies β’ Dealing with internal invoicing and GRN queries Interviews are available immediately, for consideration please send an up to date CV with relevant experience included
