Role Overview
You will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machinery, ensuring consistent quality and efficient production. The role requires someone reliable, detail-focused and confident working within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
- Complete colour matching, plate changes and ink management
- Carry out quality checks throughout the print run
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues
- Work to production schedules and meet daily targets
- Follow all site health and safety procedures
Shifts
Rotating shifts, including night shifts. Flexibility required due to production demands.
