Senior Sakmon is looking to recruit a Setter to join our client based in Kirkby in Ashfield - NG17
- To remove tools from machines as required.
- To carry out clean down procedures.
- To install tools and ancillary equipment and prepare for operations.
- To carry out Condition Setting procedures to stated performance and product specifications.
- To carry out Daily Guard Inspections and record the outcome.
- To make ongoing machine setting adjustments as necessary to achieve quality and output standards.
- To carry out the role of other team members as required.
- To work alongside other team members to maintain effectiveness of team and area performance.
- To work with the Lead Setter and team members to identify specific team and work area problems and assist in implementation of improvement plans.
- To communicate with the other team members of the area on performance, problems, or improvement areas. Knowledge, Skills &
Experience
- Working towards or have achieved NVQ level 3 Tool Setting or above.
- Must have completed basic introduction to injection moulding or equivalent.
- Completed a recognised tool hanger course.
