Senior Salmon are recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a well-established workshop in Blidworth, specialising in high-quality structural and architectural steelwork. We are looking for someone with 3+ years experience who is confident working independently and can hit the ground running. This is a hands-on role producing a wide range of fabricated products, including balconies, balustrades, staircases, canopies and bespoke steelwork.
The Role
- MIG welding and fabrication of steel
- Reading engineering drawings and working accurately from technical specifications
- Producing high-quality fabricated components to workshop standards
- Safe and efficient use of fabrication tools and equipment
- Working both independently and as part of a skilled fabrication team
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Fabricator Welder with proven hands-on background
- Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience within architectural or structural steelwork is highly beneficial
