Senior Salmon are a recruitment agency based in Mansfield and we are seeking Precast Concrete Operatives to join our client's production team in Worksop. Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.
Duties will include the manufacture of high-quality concrete products and we have positions within casting, finishing, Re-bar and set up, so candidates from any Pre-Cast background would be suitable for these positions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manual laboring tasks as required
- Setting up concrete molds and equipment
- Reading mechanical drawings
- Operating hand and power tools
- General production of concrete products
- Casting, spraying, and mixing concrete
Candidates must have previous experience in the following:
- Prior experience in a precast or concrete manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively
