Position Overview
Sueding Machine Operative, Fabric Finishing – 38 hours per week. 3 shift rotation (Days 05:45 – 13:45, Nights 21:45 – 05:45, Afternoons 13:45 – 21:45).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and quality procedures
- Set up and operate sueding machinery to meet production targets
- Monitor quality and adjust machine settings as required
- Change and set up rollers/grit to suit fabric specifications
- Carry out fabric inspections and maintain quality standards
- Complete basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean
- Good attention to detail and ability to work well as part of a team is essential for this role

- Overtime available at 1.5x and 2x hourly rate, depending on when worked
- Short shifts on Friday, with Night shift finishing at 23:45
