Senior Salmon Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor to provide generalist HR guidance across the business, with a focus on diversity, inclusion and a respectful workplace. You will partner with leaders, support organisation design, talent development and succession planning.
You will drive people strategy, implement HR processes, provide counsel on regulatory matters, and lead employee engagement initiatives such as Gallup Q12 and mentoring. CIPD level 5 is preferred.
